Bittersweet feelings

It is officially May 1st, meaning I have 17 days left in Spain. I can't even begin to describe the feeling. I feel as if I have been here for forever and I can't imagine my life without all my new fiends. It is astonishing to think about how for the last 4 months I have spent every day with the same group of 40 kids. In the beginning we all had our separate small groups, but now I have seen the growth of everyone and how much closer we all are. I wish we all went to the same school because I know that I most likely won't see or speak to some of them again. I'm hoping that I will keep in touch with as many people as I can, but it will be completely different becuase I won't see them in person. Hopefully this summer I will be able to go to the basque festival in Boise and reunite with a few of them!

This coming weekend I am headed on my last big trip to Porto, Portugal with my friend Mak from highschool. I am super stoked becuase apparently the food is super cheap and super amazing. It's crazy to think that this will be my last trip before I go home. I have so many more places I want to see! I'm hoping to come back to Spain and Europe as soon as I can.

A huge group of us went and tried a Hot Pot place and it was delicious but I sat at a table for 10 and did not get much food becuase there were so many hands.

This was us before we went out clubbing on Saturday night. I definitely will not miss having to go out so late becuase the clubs don't open until 12 or 1am! But I will miss clubbing with my friends

This week I allowed myself to eat out more in order to try new places in Bilbao with the short amount of time I have left. This place was called Lula's.

At the end of class, I am very glad that on Monday/Wednesday/Friday I only have one class. When I go back to NAU, having multiple classes every day will be very very hard.
